📋 Description

• Handle inbound customer service calls via the Arise platform • Provide accurate information, resolve customer inquiries, and document interactions • Follow client-specific scripts, procedures, and quality standards • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality always • Meet required service level and performance expectations set by Arise and the client

🎯 Requirements

• Must be eligible to register and contract directly on the Arise® platform • Must operate as a 1099 independent contractor • Quiet, dedicated workspace free of background noise • Reliable high-speed wired internet connection • Computer system meeting Arise technical requirements • Ability to pass any required background checks required by Arise or the client • Strong communication, customer service, and basic computer skills
