📋 Description

• Manage the daily operations of the IT department • Ensure computer systems run smoothly and efficiently within requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines • Supervise implementation and maintenance of the company’s IT needs • Maintain and upgrade network infrastructure, including servers, routers, and switches • Implement and monitor security measures to protect data and systems from cyber threats • Provide technical support to staff and customers for hardware, software, and network issues • Lead IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and new implementations • Coordinate with external vendors for hardware, software, and services • Manage the IT budget and allocate resources cost-effectively • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, including SOC2 • Communicate across teams and coordinate projects and tasks

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an IT Manager • Excellent management and interpersonal skills • Ability to work as an individual contributor and team player • BA or BS degree preferred • Experience managing AWS, including EC2, Load Balancing, and RDS • Knowledge of Oracle Database and database upgrades • Experience managing Microsoft 365 user access and product licenses • Experience managing threats and security compliance with TrendAI • Experience responding to security incidents • Experience with ticketing systems including SysAid and JIRA • Cisco networking and VPN experience • Experience with Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory • Experience supporting Microsoft Windows 11 laptops in the enterprise • Experience supporting Apple MacBook and iOS products in the enterprise
