📋 Description

• Serve as the proposal lead, guiding preparation and submission of proposal and response materials • Maintain schedules, organize resources, coordinate inputs and reviews, and ensure bid strategy implementation • Establish, implement, and improve proposal development and submission processes • Coordinate activities for successful proposal completion and submission • Identify RFP/RFI requirements and structure • Organize and conduct discussion calls • Share information regarding timelines and deliverables • Ensure process deliverables are completed • Facilitate expectation management and surface issues • Communicate effectively across teams • Own proposal requirements and deliverables from receipt of RFP/RFI/RFO through proposal completion and award follow-up • Track proposal award status and monitor tracking information • Assemble statistical data to identify trends and improve proposal and win rates • Analyze RFPs/RFIs to identify unique requirements, terms, and conditions, escalating as needed • Ensure execution and approval of proposals and contract documents by appropriate parties • Record contract terms and archive final proposals and executed contracts according to company policy • Establish and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external customers

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with public sector proposal management • Proficiency with MS Office • Proficiency with Adobe Pro • Proficiency with Excel • Excellent management and interpersonal skills • Ability to work as an individual contributor and team player • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under very tight deadlines • Ability to lead internal team calls related to each assigned RFP and communicate responsibilities and due dates clearly • Ability to develop workflows to meet deadlines • Flexibility and ability to organize and shift priorities as necessary • Strong written and verbal communication skills • BA or BS degree preferred
