• Lead analysis, design, configuration, testing, implementation, and support of complex business systems and integrated technology solutions • Partner with business stakeholders and IT teams to understand objectives and document functional and technical requirements • Translate business requirements into effective system deliverables • Serve as a subject-matter expert and trusted advisor for SAP Sales and Distribution, Order-to-Cash processes, pricing, payment card solutions, EDI, and third-party ordering integrations • Lead projects from concept through implementation, including scope definition, solution evaluation, planning, coordination, issue resolution, stakeholder communication, and knowledge transfer • Develop and improve methods, procedures, controls, and system processes while maintaining system and data integrity • Plan and coordinate end-to-end testing across integrated solutions and document test plans, test cases, results, defects, and approvals • Provide production support by troubleshooting issues, performing data analysis, coordinating corrective actions, recommending process enhancements, and training users • Mentor and coach team members, provide functional work direction when assigned, and maintain knowledge of relevant technologies, business processes, and industry practices • Advise management on technology and process decisions
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States • No current or future school/employment or other visa sponsorship • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, plus eight or more years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience • Advanced SAP Sales and Distribution experience, including Order-to-Cash, pricing, credit and payment card processing, and payment card integration • Third-party ordering system integration experience • Experience with SAP integrations involving finance, materials management, manufacturing, warehouse, or related business processes • Experience supporting enterprise-level applications in a manufacturing or distribution environment • Experience translating business requirements into functional specifications, technical requirements, system designs, and test plans • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and all levels of management • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex assignments in a collaborative environment • Ability to act as a senior advisor to business and IT management • Ability to build effective relationships across functional, technical, and leadership teams • Ability to negotiate project priorities, solution approaches, resource needs, and business outcomes • Ability to lead project teams and provide work direction to other team members • Applicable applications experience as defined by the hiring manager • Ability to travel as defined by the hiring manager
