📋 Description

• Partner directly with client stakeholders to assess leadership capability gaps and organizational needs • Translate business challenges and strategic priorities into practical leadership development strategies and solutions • Serve as a subject matter expert shaping program direction, learning outcomes, and experiential design • Facilitate leadership workshops, cohort experiences, and executive-level sessions • Deliver or support individual and group coaching engagements aligned to program goals • Apply best practices across leadership capability areas, including leading through change, strategic thinking, coaching, feedback, executive presence, influence, and communication • Collaborate with instructional designers to ensure content is instructionally sound, experience-based, and grounded in real business contexts • Advise clients on measurement approaches tied to leadership effectiveness and business impact

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in leadership development, talent development, or organizational development • Proven experience working directly with mid-level, senior, and executive leaders • Strong facilitation and/or executive coaching experience • Demonstrated ability to apply leadership frameworks in real organizational environments • Comfort operating in client-facing, project-based, or advisory roles • Experience in consulting or professional services environments preferred • Relevant certifications such as ICF, Korn Ferry, Center for Creative Leadership, or similar preferred • Experience supporting organizations in finance, healthcare, or technology preferred
