📋 Description

• Assist individuals in understanding their coverages and selecting suitable health insurance products, services, and solutions • Provide full lifecycle customer service and sales through inbound contacts and outbound follow-up calls • Respond to customer inquiries with compassion and active listening • Select efficient solutions to address customer needs • Identify additional customer needs and help upgrade products or services • Complete health plan sales or renewals suited to customer needs • Achieve expected sales conversions • Participate in instructor-led online training and coaching • Report to a Team Lead • Contribute to customer experience and overall team success

🎯 Requirements

• Current health insurance license in your state of residence • High-speed internet with more than 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload • Minimum six months of sales experience • Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines for maintaining patient privacy • Strong customer service orientation, including empathy, compassion, and listening skills • High school diploma or equivalent • Strong computer navigation skills and experience • Ability to work 100% remotely • Spanish-English bilingual ability
