📋 Description

• Assist individuals in understanding their coverages and selecting the right products, services and best solutions for their personal health and financial needs • Provide full lifecycle customer service and sales through inbound interactions and outbound follow-up calls • Respond to customer inquiries with compassion and active listening • Select and deliver the best solution efficiently • Identify additional customer needs and help upgrade products or services • Complete health-plan sales or renewals suited to customer needs • Participate in instructor-led online training and coaching • Report to a Team Lead • Contribute to customer experience and overall team success

🎯 Requirements

• Current health insurance license in your state of residence • High-speed internet with more than 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload • Minimum six (6) months of sales experience • Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines for maintaining patient privacy • Strong customer service orientation, including empathy, compassion and listening skills • High school diploma or equivalent • Strong computer navigation skills and experience • Ability to work 100% remotely • Residence in an eligible U.S. state; not Alaska, California, Hawaii, Illinois, Montana, or outside the United States • Colorado, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Washington, and Washington, D.C. considered only based on special business need • Webcam participation expected during instructor-led TTEC and client-required training
