📋 Description

• Help individuals understand their coverages and select appropriate health-related products, services, and solutions • Provide full lifecycle customer service and sales through inbound contacts and outbound follow-up • Respond to customer inquiries using compassion and active listening • Identify additional customer needs and assist with product or service upgrades • Complete health plan sales or renewals suited to customers’ needs • Contribute to customer experience and overall team success • Report to a Team Lead • Participate in instructor-led online training, coaching, and professional development

🎯 Requirements

• Current health insurance license in your state of residence • High-speed internet with more than 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload • Minimum six months of sales experience • Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines for patient privacy • Strong customer service orientation, including empathy, compassion, and listening skills • High school diploma or equivalent • Strong computer navigation skills and experience • Ability to work 100% remotely • Webcam participation during instructor-led TTEC and client-required training • Residency in an eligible U.S. state; not Alaska, California, Hawaii, Illinois, Montana, or outside the United States • Colorado, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Washington, and Washington, D.C. considered only based on special business need
