📋 Description

• Serve as the subject matter expert in AWS and Amazon Connect-based solutions in customer conversations • Assemble cohesive, integrated solutions across AWS and leading ISV solutions including Verint, PEGA, and Salesforce • Design innovative solutions based on customer needs, requirements, and input • Lead technical discovery with customers during the sales cycle • Deliver immersive demonstrations using Cloud, AI, and other Customer Experience tools • Collaborate with Business Development on technical strategy for opportunity pursuits and territory planning • Develop presentations, proposals, and workshops • Educate customers, partners, and peers on AWS value and benefits • Create Statements of Work implementing customer vision • Lead AWS workshops with customers and prospects • Build and nurture relationships with AWS and other vendor solution architects and technical leaders • Contribute to and leverage TTEC’s solution frameworks • Support RFP responses • Work with Product and Services leadership to identify customer-needs trends and grow the portfolio • Help customers expand beyond Amazon Connect into AWS services such as EKS, SageMaker, Bedrock, S3, and EC2

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of customer-facing experience designing complex solutions in a technical pre-sales role • 3+ years of expertise in Amazon Connect and AWS • 7+ years of experience in information technology or application development • Relevant AWS certifications or accreditations • Ability to articulate technical recommendations as customer business value verbally and through presentations and proposals • Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts to varied audiences • Experience working with customers and partners • Ability to travel up to 30% for customer and partner meetings
