📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and configuration tools • Build solutions based on functional and technical specifications from Solution Architects and Consultants • Customize Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, and automation • Develop and maintain integrations using Salesforce APIs, web services, and middleware platforms • Participate in technical design sessions and provide input on implementation approaches and best practices • Collaborate with Architects, QA, Project Managers, and client stakeholders • Support multiple Salesforce development initiatives simultaneously in an Agile delivery environment • Troubleshoot and resolve defects, performance issues, and production support requests • Produce and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and deployment notes • Participate in product, sales, and procedural training and certification programs • Attain quarterly and annual objectives assigned by management

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or equivalent work experience • 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience • 2–4 years of Salesforce implementation, customization, and configuration experience • Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder required • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I preferred • Experience developing on the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud • Strong proficiency with Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Web Components, and Flows • Experience with Salesforce data management, deployments, and source control • Familiarity with Salesforce APIs, integrations, and data migration tools • Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models • Understanding of enterprise application design and Salesforce best practices • Strong problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills • Experience with CRM concepts such as case management, interaction management, CTI, and related technologies is a plus
