📋 Description

• Serve as the technical subject matter expert on template design strategy • Educate departments, clinicians, and stakeholders on optimizing provider and resource templates • Provide consultative support for template and decision tree implementation and configuration • Enable patients to schedule online • Partner with Contact Center Access Strategists, clinicians, IT, and stakeholders to analyze, design, and deploy scheduling solutions • Use dashboards and other data sources to communicate recommendations that improve access to care, enhance provider productivity, and eliminate waste • Develop guidelines for templates and decision tree structures aligned with enterprise goals • Teach clinicians and stakeholders guidelines and coach adoption of best practices • Recommend interventions when guidelines are not met • Create and enact improvements based on schedule utilization, provider utilization, and relevant reports • Support business requirements for new Decision Tree deployments and online scheduling initiatives • Review and prioritize new functionality with Access Center Strategists • Recommend template strategies and processes to maximize provider utilization and prevent unused appointment slots • Develop and lead a decision tree roadmap to limit visit types, scheduling complexity, and maintenance costs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • Four (4) years of experience with Epic scheduling and/or template management • Epic Cadence Certification obtained within two (2) years of hire • Ability to read and write in the English language • Experience with Excel, Word, Visio, and other Microsoft applications • Strong complex problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions independently • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple priorities in a dynamic fast-paced environment • Ability to influence stakeholders without supervisory authority • Excellent communication skills • Professional office environment and ability to perform sedentary work • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
