📋 Description

• Providing strategic leadership and direction for design, implementation, and support of research and academic technology services. • Planning, developing, and overseeing research computing environments, storage solutions, cloud platforms, data ecosystems, and related technical services. • Collaborating closely with researchers, central IT, information security, and administrative stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered • Significant experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, research computing, or related technology leadership roles. • Experience in higher education, academic medical, or research-intensive environments. • Experience supporting high-performance computing, research storage, cloud research environments, or advanced networking. • Knowledge of research compliance, data governance, and regulatory frameworks affecting research data and systems. • Experience supporting grant-funded research technology needs and sponsor-driven requirements. • Supervisory or team leadership experience. • Master’s degree in a related field.
