📋 Description

• Own endpoint fleet security across macOS, Windows, and Linux, including hardening, EDR, patching, and MDM-based device compliance • Design and operate identity and access architecture, including SSO, MFA, conditional access, and least-privilege access • Drive the zero-trust strategy for corporate access • Secure the SaaS estate through configuration hardening, monitoring, and automated detection of risky changes and access • Build scalable automation and tooling for provisioning, deprovisioning, access reviews, and self-service guardrails • Partner with IT and Detection & Response to instrument corporate telemetry and develop detections for phishing, account compromise, and device threats • Lead corporate security response to phishing, account takeover, and endpoint incidents, and build prevention systems • Set standards and mentor engineers across IT and security • Set corporate security strategy, identify high-leverage workforce risks, elevate engineers, and harden the internal attack surface

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience, typically 8+ years, in security engineering with depth in corporate/enterprise security • Hands-on endpoint security and management experience across macOS and Windows • Expertise in identity and access management, including SSO, MFA, SAML/OIDC, and modern identity providers such as Okta, Entra ID, and Google Workspace • Experience securing SaaS environments and driving zero-trust access • Strong software and scripting skills in Python, Go, or similar • Ability to balance strong security with employee experience and lead cross-team initiatives • Nice to have: detection engineering for corporate telemetry • Nice to have: device management tooling and osquery-style fleet visibility • Nice to have: responding to phishing and account compromise at scale • Nice to have: securing a fast-growing, remote-friendly workforce
