📋 Description

• Develop and maintain cost plans and detailed estimates from concept through detailed design across multiple geographies • Participate in estimate reviews with internal and external teams • Prepare milestone cost updates and communicate basis of estimate, assumptions, inclusions/exclusions, and risks • Perform quantity takeoffs and cost checks for civil, structural, and architectural scopes • Support program-level estimating by compiling and analyzing cost data across projects and campuses • Review contractor pricing, bids, pay applications, and change orders • Contribute to benchmarking, cost modeling, historical cost data, and life-cycle cost analyses • Support value engineering exercises, feasibility studies, and early-stage cost modeling • Assist procurement and preconstruction activities, including prequalification, bid analysis, tender reporting, and contract documentation • Collaborate with cost management, procurement, and project controls teams • Evaluate design changes and prepare estimate updates • Support development of estimating templates, tools, and best practices • Prepare cost and estimating reports and presentation materials • Adhere to SOX control responsibilities where applicable

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related construction field • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience • Experience in construction cost management as a Cost Manager, Quantity Surveyor, Estimator, Cost Engineer, Project Engineer, or Project Controls professional • Experience supporting conceptual estimating and/or preconstruction services • Experience supporting large-scale construction projects • Data center, mission-critical, industrial, or commercial project experience preferred • Working knowledge of value management and value engineering • Proficiency with estimating systems, quantity takeoffs, and cost analysis • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively within cross-functional teams • Must be physically based in the United States • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
