• Conduct detailed onsite walk-through surveys of facilities, including MEP systems, fire and life safety systems, building envelopes, and site improvements • Perform high-quality data entry and documentation to internal and client-specific standards • Capture high-resolution photographs and digital documentation of building systems, site conditions, and deficiencies • Interview property owners, facilities managers, and site personnel about operational history, maintenance logs, and building performance • Collaborate with senior staff to review and validate findings against project scope and objectives • Use specialized data collection software and mobile applications to input, store, and transmit asset data in real time • Communicate with site stakeholders and internal project teams to support project execution and resolve site challenges • Travel extensively, up to 75% of the time, including internationally • Operate in accordance with standard operating procedures, data collection protocols, and safety policies • Perform other duties as assigned
• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in architecture, engineering, construction management, facilities management, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience • 0–3 years of experience in building evaluation, field inspection, or construction operations • Working understanding of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire and life safety, structural, building envelope, and material handling systems • Experience with onsite data collection or field auditing highly desired • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Ability to work remotely and travel extensively • Ability to translate complex technical observations into clear, usable data • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams, Excel, Word, and Outlook • Advanced proficiency with mobile technology, data collection applications, digital photography, and virtual collaboration tools • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time, including internationally • Valid driver’s license required • Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret technical documents and building drawings • Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of stakeholders • Ability to write concise, accurate field notes and reports • Relevant trade or professional certifications are a plus
