📋 Description

• Provide consulting services for an aerospace industrial and logistics client account • Manage multiple real estate projects from initiation through completion • Oversee planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout • Prepare scope of work, resource requirements, cost estimates, budgets, schedules, milestones, quality control, and risk identification • Define project delivery resources • Conduct complex requests for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources • Facilitate project charters and integrated timelines • Ensure functions remain on schedule and resolve or escalate issues • Facilitate regular project status meetings • Collaborate on solutions and guide project teams through implementation and completion • Develop improved methods and contribute to new products, processes, standards, and operational plans • Coach others and model CBRE RISE values • Persuade senior stakeholders and influence multidisciplinary teams • Adhere to applicable SOX control responsibilities

🎯 Requirements

• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience • In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered • LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred • Construction management experience within a multiuse I&L commercial facility is desirable • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) • MS Project, Kahua, or similar project management software experience required • Bluebeam experience is beneficial • Innovative mentality to develop methods beyond existing solutions • Ability to solve unique problems using standard and innovative solutions • Expert organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mentality
