📋 Description

• Manage projects from initiation through completion • Manage planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout for real estate projects • Work with clients to prepare scope of work, resource requirements, cost estimates, budgets, schedules, milestones, quality controls, and risk identification • Define project delivery resources and conduct requests for proposals and bid evaluations • Recommend project resources to clients • Implement project documentation governance • Ensure project data integrity and accurate, timely documentation • Direct project delivery teams and provide guidance • Create action plans to meet objectives, budgets, and schedules • Track project progress and report status and variances • Identify project threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans • Implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks • Apply standard principles and techniques to complex assignments and develop innovative solutions • Coach others and share job-discipline knowledge • Lead by example consistent with CBRE RISE values • Build consensus and convince others to reach agreement • Impact customer, operational, project, and service activities across related teams

🎯 Requirements

• Currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5–8 years of relevant experience • In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered • LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designations preferred • Ground-up construction and MEP infrastructure experience strongly desired • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Experience with Kahua or similar project management software • Experience with D365 or another ERP platform • Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mentality • Sophisticated math skills • Ability to calculate mildly complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations • May require up to 50% regional travel, predominantly in the Eastern Time Zone
