📋 Description

• Collect, process, and organize data • Develop reports, summaries, and presentations • Provide administrative support for meetings • Organize meetings and prepare and distribute agendas and documents • Follow up on meeting action items • Draft miscellaneous documents, including briefs for engaging external counsel • Support billing and invoicing for legal services • Develop and manage playbooks and trackers, including legal spend and licensing trackers • Support legal document conversion, editing, formatting, redline comparisons, incorporation of edits, and production of execution-ready documents • Initiate final contracts for signature via DocuSign or other electronic signature platforms • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains • Adhere to applicable SOX control responsibilities

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and standard AI tools • Minimum 5 years of experience in an administrative support and coordination role • Minimum 3 years of experience in a related position supporting a team of professionals • Paralegal background is a plus • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is preferred • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proactive behavior, showing initiative and being action oriented • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work efficiently • Ability to work independently; self-starter and energetic • Ability to perform at high levels in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment • Ability to shift gears easily and feel comfortable wearing multiple hats
