📋 Description

• Support third-party data center projects for CBRE clients and provide technical guidance and input • Support Senior Engineers with documentation updates during technical due diligence for new and existing facilities • Review and assist in evaluating third-party data center sites for technical compliance and adherence to standards • Identify collaborators and work with them to strategize, plan, and prioritize objectives and success criteria • Estimate task durations and align schedules and dependencies with objectives • Develop reliability, availability, and maintainability (RAM) analyses to optimize data center performance and efficiency • Review detailed design documents for third-party data center sites for accuracy and compliance • Interact directly with clients to prepare project elements • Compile documentation for presentations and contracts in support of senior-level engineering • Support operations with day-to-day documentation questions • Support organization and improvement of program standards • Identify optimization opportunities for standard engineering programs for Technical Due Diligence • Coordinate mechanical design documentation for data center projects

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of solid experience • In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered • Solid understanding of large-scale, complex data center infrastructure • Understanding of commercial real estate, including financial analysis, project management, construction, ethical practices, business operations, marketing, and business development • Experience working with cross-disciplinary teams, including structural, civil, IT/Telecom, security, mechanical, electrical, and architectural disciplines • Experience with data center projects inside and outside of the US • Ability to solve outstanding problems using standard and innovative solutions • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Projects, PowerPoint, and MS Projects • Expert interpersonal skills with an inquisitive mentality • AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, or equivalent experience preferred • Licensed PE desirable • Anticipated travel of 25%
