📋 Description

• Oversee the planning and early execution phases of EV service center projects • Lead site feasibility assessments and manage due diligence activities • Develop permitting and entitlement strategies • Build and manage project budgets and schedules • Define EV charging infrastructure requirements and coordinate with utilities • Engage with EVSE vendors and contractors • Review and validate electrical design packages for code compliance • Deliver project updates and risk assessments to senior stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field • 12+ years of experience in real estate or infrastructure project management • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment • Strong estimating and budgeting skills • Experience with EV charging technologies, including Level 2 and DC fast charging systems • Experience managing electrical infrastructure projects involving medium- and high-voltage systems • Familiarity with NEC, NFPA, and local electrical codes • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
