📋 Description

• Manage all areas of project management for multiple real estate projects • Manage planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout • Work directly with clients to prepare scope of work, resource requirements, cost estimates and budgets, schedules and milestones, quality control, and risk identification • Define project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through the project qualification process • Conduct complex requests for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients • Facilitate development of project charters and integrated timelines • Ensure functions remain on schedule and resolve or escalate issues • Facilitate regular meetings to review project status • Collaborate to develop solutions and guide project teams through implementation and completion • Develop new and improved methods for accomplishing individual and department objectives • Coach others and develop functional knowledge and expertise • Lead by example according to CBRE RISE values • Persuade senior stakeholders and those with divergent interests to adopt different points of view • Impact customer, operational, project, and service objectives across multidisciplinary teams • Contribute to new products, processes, standards, and operational plans • Communicate difficult and complex ideas and influence stakeholders • Adhere to applicable SOX control responsibilities

🎯 Requirements

• Currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8–10 years of relevant experience • In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered • Healthcare client and/or pharmacy fulfilment/packing client experience is beneficial • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Experience with MS Project or similar project management software • Smartsheet experience is beneficial • Innovative mentality to develop methods beyond existing solutions • Ability to solve unique problems using standard and innovative solutions • Expert organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset
