📋 Description

• Collaborate with the executive team to define and refine company strategic objectives and long-term goals • Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive landscape • Design strategic frameworks and actionable plans to drive growth, increase market share, and optimize operational and product performance • Monitor industry dynamics and provide insights and recommendations to the executive team • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership • Drive cross-functional projects and initiatives, ensuring communication, coordination, and alignment across departments • Create and prepare communications content, including presentations, slides, abstracts, and whitepapers • Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, partners, and industry experts • Represent Turquoise Health at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities • Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop aligned messaging and materials

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of management consulting experience (preferably with Employee Benefits experience) • In-depth knowledge of corporate healthcare and healthcare purchasing • Ideally, experience and background in care navigation and/or direct contracting • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills • Excellent organizational and communication abilities • Ability to make thoughtful, actionable recommendations • Ability to quickly build consensus with senior-level internal and external stakeholders • Must be based in the United States • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Operates on US business hours
