📋 Description

• Provide technical support by phone, ticket, and remote session • Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and account-access issues • Support Microsoft 365, Windows, Azure, Active Directory, Google Workspace, and macOS • Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions • Keep customers informed throughout the support process • Partner with senior technicians and engineers on complex issues • Learn new technologies while building real-world IT experience

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS, or a related field; or Associate degree plus 1 year of relevant experience; or 2 years of professional service desk or technical support experience • Strong customer service and communication skills • Natural ability to troubleshoot and solve problems • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment • Strong organization and attention to detail • Interest in technology and willingness to learn • CompTIA A+ must be obtained within six months of employment • CompTIA A+ and Microsoft certifications are a plus
