📋 Description

• Oversee communities in the assigned region • Report to the Director of Marketing • Conduct site visits • Complete weekly and quarterly reporting • Walk communities • Develop new processes • Work leads • Drive census growth through the company’s vision, mission, and growth objectives • Develop referrals through local referral networks • Establish strategic partnerships

🎯 Requirements

• A fire and passion for working with seniors • A flexible, fun, and energetic personality • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, or related field required • Must have a minimum of two years of direct sales experience in Senior Living • Excellent knowledge and experience in all aspects of sales & marketing (lead generation and conversion) • Proven success in establishing strategic partnerships required • Evidence of local referral network from which to develop referrals • Must be able and willing to travel; overnight travel required • Deeply committed to team-oriented outcomes • Knowledge of Microsoft Office required • Professional image in both appearance and behavior • Excellent written and oral communication skills
