📋 Description

• Oversee communities in the assigned region • Report to the Director of Marketing • Conduct site visits • Complete weekly and quarterly reporting • Walk communities • Develop new processes • Work leads • Support census growth through the organization’s vision and mission

🎯 Requirements

• A fire and passion for working with seniors • A flexible, fun, and energetic personality • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, or related field required • Minimum of two years of direct sales experience in Senior Living • Excellent knowledge and experience in all aspects of sales & marketing, including lead generation and conversion • Proven success in establishing strategic partnerships required • Evidence of local referral network from which to develop referrals • Must be able and willing to travel; overnight travel required • Deeply committed to team-oriented outcomes • Knowledge of Microsoft Office required • Professional image in both appearance and behavior • Excellent written and oral communication skills
