📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and scale a high performing team of Strategic Account Executives focused on revenue growth • Be customer focused, metrics driven, embrace a consultative sales philosophy • Support your team in building and progressing pipeline and executing complex deals • Conduct weekly 1:1's with each team member

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of technical solutions selling experience • 4+ years experience managing a team of account managers or strategic account executives within the Enterprise segment • Comfortable with selling a platform or SaaS • Experience with Contact Centers, Messaging, Call Tracking and other communication solutions preferred • Customer focused and metrics driven • Excellent time management/prioritization skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
