📋 Description

• Lead technical engagements end-to-end • Write and ship production code (Python, TypeScript, Node) • Architect solutions that pass customer Infosec and ARB review • Lead high-energy customer hackathons • Build and maintain reusable technical assets • Partner with Enterprise Architects • Evangelize Twilio within the B2B builder communities • Utilize your software engineering expertise • Work closely with the Demo Platform Engineering and Enterprise Architect teams • Synthesize field insights from production deployments

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience • Strong track record of shipping production code (Python, TypeScript, Node) in real systems • Solid grounding in software engineering fundamentals: API design, system architecture, testing, debugging, version control workflows, and CI/CD • Demonstrated experience running end-to-end technical engagements • Strong communication skills and executive presence • Strong understanding of Twilio’s products and services • Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders • Creative thinking and problem solving skills • Prior experience in forward deployed engineering or technical presales/solution engineering preferred
