📋 Description

• Own email end to end, including creative testing, cadence, segmentation execution, and the day-to-day Braze platform relationship • Resolve the Gmail Promotions inbox-placement issue limiting email reach and content testing • Build Twin's first SMS program from scratch on the existing Braze platform • Own SMS consent and TCPA compliance • Log every creative, cadence, and segment decision and rationale • Ensure every send is joinable to an individual lead record • Design and run email and SMS A/B tests with stated hypotheses and success metrics • Extend the validated Motivation vs. Barrier messaging framework to SMS • Execute channel priorities and sequencing set by the Associate Director, Acquisition Strategy & Channel Ops • Partner with Marketing on creative production and approval; tag and measure content • Use AI tools such as Claude to draft creative variants and accelerate reporting • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in email marketing or marketing automation, ideally hands-on with Braze or a comparable ESP/CDP • Direct experience launching or scaling an SMS program, including consent and TCPA compliance basics • Strong grasp of deliverability and inbox-placement mechanics, including sender reputation, authentication, list hygiene, and Promotions-tab avoidance • Comfortable working with lead-level data and campaign reporting in Salesforce and a marketing automation platform • Experience designing and reading A/B tests • Comfortable executing within a channel strategy set by someone else • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. • Twin Health is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa • Preferred: experience in a regulated industry with consent/compliance requirements beyond standard CAN-SPAM • Preferred: SQL literacy • Preferred: experience partnering with a channel-orchestration manager or director
