📋 Description

• Oversee custom Antibody projects from intake to final delivery • Gather antibody design requirements • Prepare quotes and maintain real-time status updates • Serve as the primary contact for project timelines, data quality, and technical updates • Maintain precise records of quotes and orders in progress • Identify workflow inefficiencies and suggest ways to scale operations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, or a related field • 4–5 years in the life sciences • Technical background in antibody engineering and/or antibody characterization • Familiarity with Salesforce and Jira • 1–2 years of experience leading scientific projects in a commercial setting • Ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams • Strong organizational and communication skills • A track record of identifying workflow inefficiencies and implementing solutions
