• **Title **– Sr. HR Marketing Communications Specialist • **Position - **Fulltime • **Location **– 100 % Remote Work • **Salary - **$Open (Best Possible)
• **Requirements:** • - Proven experience as a recruitment marketing specialist or similar role • - Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media, etc.) and market research methods • - Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools • - Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite & CRM) and applications (Web analytics, Google AdWords, etc.) • - Knowledge of HTML, CSS and web development tools (e.g. Dreamweaver) desired • - Well-organized and detail oriented • - Must possess a can-do attitude with a focus on continuous improvement of the candidate experience, while building the HGS Healthcare brand • - Exceptional communication and writing skills • - BSC/BA in marketing, communications or equivalent • **Qualifications:** • - At least 5 years’ experience in recruitment marketing or deep expertise in candidate sourcing • - Strong social media recruitment experience is imperative • - Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills • - Good negotiation skills plus experience in purchasing/managing localized budgets • - Proficient at Microsoft Office, Adobe PC/Mac operating systems • - Use of creative packages would be an advantage (Photoshop/InDesign/PowerPoint etc) • - A clear understanding of employment branding and communication strategies • - Being able to work with minimal supervision and to manage deadline-based project work • - Possessing good editorial and writing skills as well as the ability to work on numerous projects at a time • - Creative disposition and problem-solving ability • - Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects independently and simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities and timelines • - Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills • - Excellent time management skills
