📋 Description

• Support prospective and active clients throughout their care journey • Support clients via phone and email in 8-hour shifts • Serve as an empathetic point of contact while clients navigate care • Explain basic insurance benefits and Two Chairs billing and insurance processes • Answer questions about care logistics, billing, and insurance • Support the clinical team with scheduling logistics and refund requests • Redirect clinician questions to the appropriate team • Onboard into Care Coordinator workflows and begin handling basic client and clinician communications independently • Remove barriers to seeking mental healthcare through accessible, supportive, and informative support • Support onboarding new Care Coordinators • Help improve processes for clients and clinicians

🎯 Requirements

• Comfortable speaking on the phone with a diverse range of clients • Communicates efficiently, clearly, and comprehensively • Knowledge of or interest in learning about health insurance and claims submission • Detail-oriented and able to problem-solve • Comfortable working in a metrics-based environment • Comfortable navigating a growing, rapidly changing, and sometimes ambiguous environment • Available for 8-hour shifts, with 9–5 PT preferred • Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. • Unable to require or obtain employer sponsorship for an employment visa
