📋 Description

• Lead a specific end-to-end research project using existing clinical data • Design, execute, and analyze a research study aligned with strategic clinical and business goals • Apply quantitative and qualitative research methodologies to complex clinical and organizational questions • Synthesize findings and lead drafting and submission of a manuscript to a peer-reviewed journal • Attend cross-functional meetings and engage with internal stakeholders • Share findings and key takeaways across functional teams to inform care models and organizational strategy • Complete and submit one research paper for peer review during the 10-week engagement

🎯 Requirements

• Ongoing or recently completed doctoral or master's program in Clinical Psychology or a closely related behavioral health discipline • Strong quantitative skills and proficiency in quantitative data analysis and statistical methodology • Qualitative research skills and experience designing, collecting, and analyzing qualitative data, including thematic analysis and interviews • Familiarity with AI tools is a plus but not required • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Excellent written, verbal, and academic writing skills • Passion for cross-functional teamwork • Eagerness to learn about industry roles, digital health innovation, and applied clinical research
