📋 Description

• Conduct remote 55-minute psychiatry assessments and 25-minute follow-up sessions combining medication management and brief psychotherapeutic support • Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications according to state and federal regulations • Integrate brief psychotherapy when clinically appropriate • Partner with therapists through the shared EHR system and consultation spaces • Collaborate with physicians and clinical leadership, providing feedback to shape clinical care delivery • Use data-informed tools and measurement-based care to tailor treatment plans and improve outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) • Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania • Willing and committed to becoming licensed in other states; Two Chairs covers the entire cost • 2+ years of experience providing mental health services as a PMHNP • Experience with remote, outpatient telepsychiatry with adults • Commitment to high-quality, measurement-based, collaborative care • Willingness to collaborate with a dedicated psychiatric team • Part-time W-2 employment
