📋 Description

• Partner with senior marketing and creative leaders to design and execute AI-driven content strategies • Lead enterprise-wide transformation programs using Typeface’s generative AI platform • Advise CMOs, creative leaders, and brand teams on AI-powered solutions and strategic priorities • Build executive trust through communication, governance, and proactive risk management • Develop GenAI and digital content transformation strategies aligned with customer business goals • Lead discovery workshops and create roadmaps for use cases across email, advertising, social media, SEO, and video • Partner with engineers and solution architects to translate business needs into technical requirements and scalable solutions • Guide solution design, configuration, and deployment, including Brand Hub setup, agent customization, and integrations with Google Workspace, Salesforce, Adobe Experience Cloud, and Campaign Manager 360 • Drive adoption through enablement, change management, and best-practice guidance • Define success metrics for adoption, content velocity, brand consistency, cost efficiency, and campaign performance • Translate customer insights into product requirements and roadmap recommendations • Create reusable implementation playbooks, templates, and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in business consulting, digital strategy, enterprise software, AI/ML implementations, or marketing technology • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field • Deep understanding of marketing operations, creative workflows, and content supply chain challenges • Exceptional C-level stakeholder management skills • Practical understanding of generative AI capabilities, limitations, and enterprise requirements • Working knowledge of SaaS architectures, APIs, and modern software delivery models • Familiarity with marketing technology stacks, including CMS platforms, DAM systems, marketing automation, and analytics tools • Strong grasp of generative AI for text, image, and video creation, with understanding of brand governance and content safety • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution while managing ambiguity in a fast-moving AI landscape • Skilled at simplifying complex technical concepts for diverse audiences with strong risk management capabilities • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
