📋 Description

• Improve patient access operations through quality monitoring and workflow optimization • Manage and optimize provider schedule templates • Apply Epic scheduling best practices • Ensure scheduling accuracy, workflow adherence, regulatory compliance, and optimal provider utilization across FPG medical offices • Provide centralized oversight of quality assurance, provider schedule template optimization, and scheduling workflow performance • Ensure provider templates are appropriately configured and maintained to support operational workflows and maximize appointment availability • Collaborate with leadership, clinic operations, providers, Epic analysts, and FPG centralized scheduling teams • Improve patient experience, access efficiency, and scheduling quality outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Three (3) years of quality assurance or auditing experience in a centralized authorization, registration, or call center environment • Strong understanding of insurance verification, referrals, and prior authorization processes • Successful completion of required onboarding, training, and competency requirements before transitioning to remote work • High School Diploma, GED or Certificate • Previous experience in centralized access or multi-specialty scheduling environments preferred • Experience with scheduling, registration, medical necessity, billing, and other business office information systems preferred • Experience with Epic, including Cadence and In-Basket workflows, preferred • Strong communication and interpersonal skills preferred • Ability to handle difficult situations diplomatically preferred • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels preferred • Strong leadership skills and understanding of group processes preferred • Ability to analyze problems and consistently follow through to solutions preferred • Ability to take initiative and exercise independent judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving preferred
