📋 Description

• Under the direction of the Associate CCIO and in close partnership with Pharmacy, responsible for the planning, implementing, supporting, and optimizing of projects related to data extraction, processing, report application development, and analysis. • Participate in the development and support of reporting applications, and assist the department with data analysis. • Work in a fast-paced environment, where innovation and thinking creatively are valued. • Collaborate with business users and technical teams across the organization to facilitate data-driven decision making. • Build new custom reporting solutions and work with existing analytical tools. • Collaborate with teams across the organization to provide excellent solutions, while utilizing strong problem-solving skills.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven programming experience in one or more programming languages is required. • Strong SQL coding skills, visualization building, and data analytics experience. • 3+ years working knowledge of one or more hospital electronic medical record (EMR) vendors, such as EPIC, Cerner, Meditech, or Allscripts • 3+ years of Epic Clarity report writing experience or equivalent formal training • 1+ year experience with a Business Intelligence Visualization Tool such as (Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik) • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, SSIS, or SSAS • Experience with Microsoft Office • Epic Cogito Certification is required. • A licensed Registered Pharmacist in the State of Arkansas or eligible for licensure.
