📋 Description

• The Senior IRB Administrator relies on a thorough knowledge of human subject protection regulations, policies and best practices to facilitate ethical human subject research. • Responsibilities include prereviewing and reviewing research; training others; supporting IRB meetings and general IRB functions; maintaining IRB reviewer records and rosters; internal quality assurance/improvement activities. • Maintaining and improving knowledge base by pursuing certification and continuing education, and acting as an ambassador to the entire research community.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree plus 6 years of experience. • Minimum of 3 years work experience in human research, animal research, research administration or other regulatory based field. • Expertise working with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. • Excellent analytical and communication skills, both verbal and written. • Organization skills required and the ability to lead, teach and motivate others. • Experience as a research project manager or research coordinator preferred.
