📋 Description

• Provide telephonic professional nursing services using motivational interviewing techniques for pharmaceutical client-funded contracts • Support patients through inbound and outbound calls after enrollment in nursing support programs • Conduct risk assessments, provide home injection training, disease-state and product education, and follow patient-specific call cadences • Make additional calls as directed and remain available to support callers by phone • Answer patient, consumer, and healthcare professional questions • Recommend client-approved resources and refer callers to training, support groups, program materials, or literature • Refer callers to healthcare providers for recommendations outside program scope • Collect and enter accurate, timely, clear, and complete call and task data • Participate in program-specific customer meetings, training sessions, and orientation meetings • Demonstrate clinical competency through electronic/written tests • Perform special projects and other duties related to contract performance • Work under moderate supervision

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum Associate’s Degree in Nursing (or diploma equivalent) • Registered (RN) in good standing in the state in which you work and/or cross-licensed in other states • Telephonic nursing roles must have (or be willing to obtain) a compact nursing license • Willingness to obtain additional state licenses upon request • 2-5 years’ experience • Basic database and office navigation skills • Ability to maintain a high level of customer interaction/service skills via phone • Ability to multitask in PC/phone-related tasks and adhere to approved scripted materials • Ability to interpret patient information to determine appropriate next steps • Telephonic nursing experience, ideally supporting a pharmaceutical product • Experience with Motivational Interviewing techniques • Ability to work effectively and foster teamwork
