• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field • Minimum of 10 years of experience in solution-based B2B selling, preferably in the Contact Center BPO or CX industry • Proven track record of closing large, complex deals with C-suite executives • Strong executive presence • Advanced verbal and written communication skills • Results-oriented
