📋 Description

• Identify and prospect qualified medical practices and healthcare businesses • Spend time in the field visiting practices and building relationships • Conduct outreach to practice owners and key decision-makers • Generate and book qualified demos for the Ucardia team • Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective practices

🎯 Requirements

• Prior healthcare sales experience preferred, but not required • Strong communication skills with confidence and professionalism • Comfort building relationships in-person, virtually, and through local networks • Confidence engaging with healthcare decision-makers • Ability to identify qualified healthcare opportunities and understand customer needs • Strong organization, follow-through, and pipeline discipline
