📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and develop the Talent Acquisition team to deliver high-quality recruiting services and achieve departmental objectives • Serve as a strategic talent advisor in hiring decisions • Support the development and execution of enterprise recruiting strategies aligned with workforce planning and organizational priorities • Partner with business leaders and Human Resources to understand talent needs and develop proactive sourcing strategies • Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring consistency, efficiency, compliance, and a positive candidate experience • Establish recruiting priorities, allocate resources, and monitor workload across the Talent Acquisition team • Manage requisitions and participate in recruiting for key leadership and difficult-to-fill positions • Develop and maintain recruiting metrics and dashboards • Analyze labor market trends and recommend recruiting strategies • Manage relationships with external recruiting partners, search firms, universities, and other talent sources • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations • Partner with compensation and HR leadership to develop competitive hiring strategies and offers • Improve recruiting technology, workflows, and operational efficiencies, including applicant tracking system optimization • Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership regarding hiring activity, trends, and recruiting performance • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field required • 7+ years of progressive talent acquisition or recruiting experience, including experience with full-cycle recruitment • 5+ years of talent acquisition leadership experience • 3+ years of talent acquisition experience within a property & casualty insurance carrier • Experience working in a large, complex financial services company preferred (1000+ employees) • Experience developing recruiting strategies for professional, technical, and leadership positions • Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems, recruitment technologies, and talent analytics • Experience working collaboratively with senior leaders and hiring managers in a consultative capacity • Thorough knowledge of talent acquisition best practices, employment laws, and recruiting compliance requirements • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills • Ability to build trusted partnerships with leaders across all levels of the organization • Strong consultative, influencing, and relationship management skills • Excellent interviewing and talent assessment capabilities • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruiting metrics and translate data into actionable recommendations • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, HR technology, and Microsoft Office applications • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality • Ability to exercise sound judgment while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
