📋 Description

• Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through networking and outreach • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients • Act as a liaison between clients and the firm, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing concerns • Work closely with partners, senior management, and service teams to align business development efforts with the firm's overall goals • Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional services to existing clients • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends • Collaborate with partners and senior management to create compelling proposals for potential clients • Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking functions • Track and report on sales performance and business development activities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business development, sales, or related role • 8+ years of relevant experience • Strong understanding of accounting and finance principles • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to build and maintain client relationships • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
