📋 Description

• Perform civil engineering design • Prepare survey plats and ALTA surveys • Perform grading design and mapping • Prepare right-of-way plats, alignment sheets, legal descriptions, and construction plans • Work closely with project managers, engineers, land surveyors, and other team members • Ensure accurate and efficient design solutions meeting client specifications and regulatory requirements • Contribute to the project lifecycle from concept to construction documentation • Track budgets and perform quality control

🎯 Requirements

• One to 5 years of experience using AutoCAD or other Graphic Design or Mapping software, or with relevant education (Civil Design Technician level) • At least 5 years or more of civil engineering design experience for the Civil Design Specialist level • Experience in some or all of: survey plats, ALTA surveys, alignment sheets, grading design, mapping, right-of-way plats, legal descriptions, and construction plans • Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil3D • Proficiency with Trimble Business Center • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite • Must not require U.S. visa sponsorship
