• 7+ years experience in marketing, partner marketing, or channel marketing • Strong experience in B2B technology environments • Advanced analytical and strategic thinking skills • Demonstrated ability to build and execute complex partner programs • Ability to work in complex matrixed organizations • Proven experience developing and leading integrated partner marketing programs or strategies • Track record of delivering measurable pipeline and revenue impact through partner marketing programs • Experience managing complex co-marketing campaigns and interdependency • Demonstrated ability to translate business and partner objectives into effective marketing strategies and plans • Experience making data-driven decisions to optimize program performance at scale • Proven ability to identify and scale successful partner programs, frameworks, or approaches • Experience solving complex partner marketing challenges requiring strategic and analytical thinking • Experience influencing program direction, prioritization, and resource allocation • Evidence of improving partner marketing effectiveness, performance frameworks, or execution models • Leverages AI to create efficiencies and scale • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States for this role.
