📋 Description

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, timelines, and deliverables for Immersive Classroom initiatives • Facilitate communication among internal teams, external partners, community organizations, and other stakeholders • Organize, support, and document regular project status meetings • Capture discussions, decisions, and action items • Track project schedules and timelines, ensuring milestones and tasks are completed on schedule • Coordinate Immersive Classroom activities, presentations, outreach events, and stakeholder engagements • Monitor project activities and stakeholder feedback • Identify issues, risks, and opportunities for improvement and escalate concerns as appropriate • Serve as liaison to stakeholders interested in utilizing the Immersive Classrooms • Gather requirements, clarify expectations, coordinate next steps, and maintain ongoing communication • Prepare and maintain project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, stakeholder updates, presentation tracking, and post-project evaluations • Contribute to continuous improvement by applying lessons learned and incorporating best practices • Stay current on trends related to immersive learning environments and stakeholder engagement • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in project management software and web-based tools, such as Monday.com, preferred • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills • Ability to manage multiple stakeholder groups and coordinate across departments • Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, education leadership, or equivalent combination of education and experience • Experience coordinating projects, programs, events, presentations, outreach activities, or operational workflows involving multiple stakeholders • Experience working with multiple stakeholder groups and utilizing project management tools, scheduling tools, documentation systems, or web-based workflow platforms • Interest or experience in nonprofit, education, outreach, immersive learning, technology-enabled learning environments, safety, social impact, or environmental issues preferred • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges as part of a remote team or hybrid team environment
