📋 Description

• Support a broad portfolio of system studies on wind, solar, and battery energy storage projects • Perform short circuit, arc flash, load flow, transient overvoltage, transient recovery voltage, insulation coordination, and harmonics analyses • Utilize PSSE, ETAP, EasyPower, PSCAD, and related software • Support system planning and protection analysis for safe and reliable system design • Deliver technical support to generator owners across wind, solar, and BESS projects • Work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a high degree of ownership • Leverage Python scripting and automation to improve study-process efficiency, consistency, and scalability

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering required, ABET accredited program, or equivalent required • Minimum of 3 years of working experience, with at least 2 years directly related to power systems • Experience in EasyPower, ETAP, PSSE, and/or PSCAD required • Python programming experience preferred • EIT status or working towards EIT status • Must be authorized to work permanently in the U.S. • Ability to independently complete assigned tasks and manage individual workload • Ability to identify and implement improvements • Analytical and self-motivated • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Excellent presentation and verbal/written communication skills • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
