📋 Description

• Develop, monitor, and update project schedules so that projects can be executed in the most efficient manner possible. • Manage numerous project schedules, evaluating critical path, schedule content, relationships and logic, constraints, and milestones. • Assess impacts to the schedule critical path activities; report deviations and variances and assist in developing action plans for corrective measures. • Track scope changes, trends, and variances that potentially affect schedule performance. • Track, manage, and report change control for project scope and schedule. • Present project schedules to project management, project teams and client leadership. • Document and track project meeting actions as directed. • Attend and facilitate project/management meetings as required. • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients and project team.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required. • Minimum 3 years relevant project scheduling experience in the utility, energy, construction, or engineering field. • Experience using Primavera P6 is desired. • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with project management and client leadership. • Must be able to prepare clear and concise status updates and reports as required. • Proven experience in Microsoft Software Applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). • Ability to travel occasionally for project and client-related needs. • Must have authorization to work permanently in the U.S.
