📋 Description

• Provide strategic project management leadership for large and complex Plant SCADA projects • Lead medium-to-large engineering projects from initiation through close-out • Manage project scope, stakeholders, schedule, budget, quality, and resources • Lead internal and external project meetings, progress reviews, and problem-solving sessions • Develop and implement project plans, risk management, and mitigation strategies • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations • Serve as the client point of contact and provide project status updates • Coach, motivate, facilitate, negotiate, and resolve conflicts within project teams • Collaborate with Project Coordinators, Project Controls Specialists, and engineering teams • Monitor project timelines, milestones, budgets, costs, financial transactions, project health, and key metrics • Take corrective actions to maintain schedules and prevent overspending • Adhere to Ulteig governance policies and procedures • Share and implement best practices across projects and teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or related field • 5-7 years of direct project management experience, with at least 3 years in an engineering environment • Advanced technical engineering knowledge • Advanced technical engineering knowledge of Process Controls, SCADA/PLC, RTU, IT/OT, or Electrical Engineering preferred • PMP, PE, or higher/equivalent certification preferred • Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or Planview Adaptive Work • Intermediate understanding and experience of scheduling and cost planning • Microsoft Dynamics (Finance & Operations) experience preferred • Must have permanent work authorization for the US • Openness to innovation and applying evolving technology and AI tools • Exceptional leadership, verbal/written communication, time management, interpersonal, and organizational skills
