📋 Description

• Partner with teams across Sales, Marketing, Proposals, Project Management, Finance, and Business Systems to define requirements and improve business processes • Lead Dynamics 365 CRM discovery and support solution design through stakeholder interviews, cross-team sessions, workshops, and process reviews • Define business problems, desired outcomes, scope, process owners, stakeholders, assumptions, constraints, and success measures • Create and support current-state and future-state process maps clarifying roles, decisions, handoffs, business rules, and system interactions • Identify root causes and separate business needs from requested features or predetermined solutions • Challenge unnecessary complexity and recommend practical approaches • Facilitate discussions involving competing priorities, differing perspectives, and cross-functional dependencies • Document decisions, open questions, risks, and required follow-up • Translate discovery findings into clear business requirements, process definitions, business rules, and documented decisions • Partner with CRM technical team members to translate business needs into functional and system requirements • Confirm CRM process and system requirements with stakeholders and resolve open questions before delivery • Assess requested scope changes and communicate effects on business outcomes, dependencies, risk, and timing • Provide business and process context for Azure DevOps backlog development, testing, training, adoption, and release activities • Clarify requirements, answer business questions, and help resolve gaps or conflicting interpretations during delivery • Participate in post-release reviews and identify potential follow-up work • Evaluate requests based on business value, readiness, risk, dependencies, affected users, and expected outcomes • Identify opportunities to simplify processes, reduce manual work, improve data quality, and improve CRM user experience • Evaluate automation, Copilot, agent-based, and other AI use cases • Partner with the CRM Manager on cross-system impacts involving enterprise applications • Surface risks, dependencies, conflicting requirements, and emerging concerns early • Contribute to retrospectives and improvements to CRM discovery and delivery practices

• Must have authorization to work permanently in the U.S. • Demonstrated openness to innovation and applying evolving technology and AI tools • Ability to lead discovery, process analysis, requirements definition, stakeholder facilitation, and requirements traceability • Ability to partner with Sales, Marketing, Proposals, Project Management, Finance, and Business Systems teams • Ability to conduct stakeholder interviews, cross-team sessions, workshops, and process reviews • Ability to define business problems, desired outcomes, scope, process ownership, stakeholders, assumptions, constraints, and success measures • Ability to create or support current-state and future-state process maps • Ability to identify root causes and distinguish business needs from requested features • Ability to facilitate discussions involving competing priorities and cross-functional dependencies • Ability to document decisions, open questions, risks, and follow-up • Ability to translate discovery findings into business requirements, process definitions, business rules, and documented decisions • Experience partnering with CRM technical teams on functional and system requirements • Experience assessing scope changes and their effects on outcomes, dependencies, risk, and timing • Experience supporting Azure DevOps backlog development, testing, training, adoption, and release activities • Ability to evaluate requests based on business value, readiness, risk, dependencies, affected users, and expected outcomes • Knowledge of process improvement, data quality, CRM user experience, automation, Copilot, agent-based AI, and enterprise application integrations
