📋 Description

• Shape Ulteig’s internal communications strategies to keep employees informed and engaged and strengthen the company’s brand and reputation • Partner with stakeholders to identify and develop audience-focused content aligned with Ulteig’s tone, writing standards and brand guidelines • Own and manage corporate intranet content, monitor posts, and respond to comments and questions • Manage the Corporate Communications editorial calendar, including messaging priorities, cadence, channel selection and on-time delivery • Develop presentation content and support quarterly town halls and company-wide meetings • Coordinate meeting materials, invitations, setup and post-meeting follow-up • Contribute to new communication channels such as video, digital signage and newsletters • Monitor and analyze communication effectiveness to improve internal communications strategies • Support special projects, colleagues and new initiatives as priorities change • Report to the Sr. Manager of Corporate Communications

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in corporate communications, internal communications, public relations or marketing communications • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, English or related field • Exceptional writing and editorial skills • Strong relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration skills • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines • Proficiency in MS Office, including advanced PowerPoint • Proficiency in SharePoint • Working knowledge of AI-driven tools such as Copilot and other Large Language Models • Familiarity with Adobe Suite, Clipchamp or other video editing platforms, and basic HTML preferred • Comfort with communications technology and willingness to learn emerging tools • Professional demeanor, discretion and ability to handle confidential matters • Flexibility to work off-hours for urgent communications needs • High degree of initiative and self-motivation • Impeccable attention to detail and commitment to quality • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills • Excellent project management and organizational abilities • Must have authorization to work permanently in the US
